BullDawg II floor plans are located in buildings 11,12, 2,3,17 and 18 at our 110 W. Wood Street Brownsville Station II  location.   A total of 18 "BullDawg II" units are available.  The floor plan for BullDawg II is slightly different than BullDawg I, in that BullDawg has the kitchen and bar opening onto a larger living room area with no utility room, and the Bulldawg I has a separate kitchen and utility room between the living area and the bedroom/ bath.   BullDawg II price is $595.00- $610.00 per unit/ per month.  Each unit has it's own washer/ dryer inside the unit.  All Brownsville units are pet friendly with most featuring stained concrete floors or wood plank floors.   Privacy is so important to most serious students (95% of occupants are MSU students) and with our private one bedroom units, you have all the privacy you need! 3 Courtesy Officers are located on the premises to insure safety and orderliness.   With entries on the building's first floor a large bedroom on the same floor, the basic design is a flat with entry on floor 1.  This floor plans feature living room/ kitchen ,and each bedroom has a private bathroom.  In addition, the bathroom features a spa tub.  Each has a covered concrete patio located off the main living area.
