You can't miss the Brownsville Station sign with it's signature maroon roof when you arrive at 110 Wood Street. Go ahead and turn in, and you will find lots of bulldogs living in a premier location.
Our buildings are an attractive gray, with maroon roofs over our featured covered concrete patios. Residents enjoy using their concrete patios for socializing, barbequing, or simply relaxing at the end of the day. There are 12 multi-story buildings (some with 6 units and some with 7 units) for you to choose from. All buildings have one bedroom units on the first floor and two bedroom units in a townhouse arrangement on the top two floors. We have 12 individual one-bedroom cottages located throughout the property.
